Q. Is there a deadline to Subscribe?

A.  15 days prior to the holiday.

      Subscriptions are good for 1

      year from the date you subscribe.

Q.  How is flag installed?

A.  We drive a 1'x1" metal sleeve into 

     the ground in your yard. The flagpole

     goes into the sleeve. 

Q.  Do I have to be home?

A.   No.  We will install flag 1-2 feet  

      from the sidewalk or road in front of

      your home. 

Q.  What is the service area?

A.   All Addresses with 43026 zip

      and 43228 north of I-70

Q.  Damage or loss to Pole or Flag?

A.  Notify us and we will replace ASAP.

     At no charge. 

Q.  If I live in a Condo or Rent can I still 

     participate?

A   You are ultimately responsible for any 

      restrictions from a Condo Association

      Home Owners Association or Landlord

      that may restrict a flag being 

      displayed.  No refunds will be given 

      due to these types of restrictions.
